I recently purchaced 4 Perlier items the next day 3 of them went down in price 30% ,they were still in packaging and 1 just shipped.I called and told customer service and asked about getting an adjustment , they said it was not possible i haven’t even received these items yet.I had to reorder all of the items and send the other’s back , which i did reluctlantly. I would have taken credit on future orders if possible. I have never had a price adjustment with HSN before. The price difference was close to $60 or would not have bothered. They did say the would waive my return shipping back , but kind of good business is this. I am not mad just bewildered. I try not to return thing unnecessarily.I like HSN a lot but i am dissapointed . Thanks for listening.
Thanks for your quick response , i realize you have your guidelines to follow , i just think it would have been a better choice to credit my account instead of reordering the items and returning the first order. I would have been cool with spendable cash instead of returning the items. Maybe there could be alternatives to this policy , i just had poor timing on this order. Thanks again.
@foodly, I’m very sorry to see this. We’re only able to process price adjustment refunds when the item price changes. Sadly, for your orders, the price didn’t change there is just a 30% off discount on all beauty items at this time. Normally when the price changes on a product we just refund the difference. I’m very sorry for this inconvenience.
