Hello, a couple days ago I sent an email requesting price adjustments. At the time, among the qualified items were Facets earrings and probably a ring, totaling up to something like $60 in refund. I did not get any response nor refund. I assume my email got lost. The Facets items are now a few days past the 30 day price guarantee. is there any way for me to still get it being I did request it on time? I do not have a copy of that email (you really need to start offering the option of emailing a coipy to self!) but you can see my post to the thread FairMaiden started to me titled massha: Aspen shirts or something like that.
