Today item 578451 is a price of $29.90. My receipt says the order date was 7/2/2018. I called a cs rep, but she said that date doesn’t count because my orders were from waitlist. She said it’s based on the original order date. I would think HSN would rather keep a sale then lose a sale by my returning the items. If possible I would appreciate a price adjustment of 2x $20 (two items were purchased) or $40 to my original form of payment. If this is really not possible, please relay to HSN management my disappointment in this policy regarding price adjustments to waitlist orders.
We’ll be happy to make an exception by adding $40 of Spendable KA$H to your account (in-store credit). You’ll be able to use it on future purchases. It expires 9/30/18.
