@tutti499, I apologize that we dropped the ball and never responded to you yesterday. It still would be considered outside the 30 day price guarantee time frame as there are 31 days in July which would have made your 30th day on 8/20. As a courtesy, I’d be more than happy to issue it into Spendable Ka$h.
@hsn_krissy I posted this yesterday on 21 Aug during a one day Serena Williams 50% off sale. All this item were on sale. My order was 21 July and I requested a price adjustment 30 days later on 21 Aug. It appears customer service just waited to process my request. 14 hours is a long processing period to respond to my request!
@tutti499, unfortunately your orders are past the 30 day price guarantee time frame and I don’t see where they dropped in price. Price guarantees would have to be completed within 30 days from the order date and when the price goes down, not including promotions that reflect the price when you place it in your cart.
