I recently purchased a laptop that I believe is now the Pre-order special. I have not made my first payment. Am I able to get a price adjustment?
I have tried to search by the item number on my invoice and can’t find it in the inventory.
So, how are you able to compare. Plus, you just said it is showing at the same price I bought it for but I can’t verify that online.
I pulled my invoice and based on the description, this is the exact same laptop for $399.95 with a different item number.
I guess I’m a little confused. Again I’m not trying to be difficult but I feel like I should get the price adjustment and not have to return the same product.
I just went to the HP laptops and don’t see one that is listed at $499.95, like the one I bought. The only options are above that or the Pre-sale special.
Please let me know what I need to do. I certainly am not trying to be difficult, I just want to get the best deal on this laptop.
, I’ve checked into this for you and I’m showing that the laptop you ordered is still selling for the same price that you purchased it for. Due to this, we wouldn’t be able to offer a price adjustment on it.
