Price adjustment please
May I get a $5 adjustment on my purchase of item 538-030. I would prefer to have it back to my original method of payment, but I’m not sure if you can still do that since I have cancelled my HSN card. (I am okay with it going ack to may current credit card, too, if that works better.)
Thank you, Jordan. I thought I had read a while back that only promotional KA$H had an expiration date, so your solution will work better for me.
As long as the Ka$h doesn’t have an expiration date, go ahead and put it to that. Otherwise, go ahead and send it back to Comenity. I’ve got a couple of returns I’ve got to make, so it will be more than just the $5 involved. Thank you.
Yes you may, @lizzie818! But I am only able to refund the method of payment used on the order. It may be less of a hassle to get it in KA$H, to use immediately on your next order. You would have to contact Comenity Capital Bank, about receiving the refund if issued on the original method of payment. I want to make it easy for you as possible. Please, let me know how you would like for me to process the refund.
