Hi , I found your orders and unfortunately, they were placed more than 30 days ago, and do not qualify for the Price Guarantee.
I agree I bought more when I had free shipping and 15% off
I absolutely agree 100%. I used to win many coupons free shipping 15% off, that made me buy much more stuff, and when my shopping was one I always shared them on request or not, I too had a notebook where i would right the codes down, it was fun and enticing, this year HSN has lost a lot of business!
yur suggestion makes good sense. Interesting, when it changed at 12:00am & I saw the photo for Spin to Win on the main page in the Arcade I played. There were NO gift cards, only Tickets in Red. I thought it odd, so I let it spin longer each time to be sure I wasn’t missing seeing the gift cards, here were NO gift cards.
I don’t understand why that can’t just keep the 80k in gift cards and
distribute it with free shipping and coupons.Seems to me that everyone is happier with coupons and free shipping.
Totally agree. I can remember practically winning every day either free s&h or percentage off coupons. I had so many I wrote all the numbers down on a tablet and scratched them off as I used them. I bought things that I wasn’t even out of like Perlier, SSC, SCA, etc. to overstock just to utilize the coupons. No exaggeration I probably had like 18 coupons of either free s&h or percentage off. I did a ton of shopping that year. The s&h is very high here. I realize you get 1/2 off on the second item but it is still high considering some of the items ordered are as light as a feather and I know there is work involved such as packaging, tape, assembly, etc but I still feel s&h is high here.
I hope HSN adds free shipping to the Spin wheel, I HATE paying shipping costs. Espically when I buy 2 or more items.I know….I know HSN does offer reduced shipping when you buy more than 1 item, but still…I HATE paying shipping costs for any online retailer. Period.
Lots of things have changed . Yes my merry happy will be not so much here
It would be great if spin to win had the features it used to have. This morning I saw that it was down to either winning the 100 tickets which would be fine or winning the gift card (which feels very unlikely). I guess the 500 tickets ran out. I used to buy more varied items when there were coupons on this game or( more coupons in general). The last six months I mostly stick to the stuff I would buy no matter what, mostly AL vitamins.
Totally agree: Now I tend to check out QVC and Evine.
The ONLY thing I’ve ever "won" on the Arcade is extra tickets – on Spin to Win or some Double down promotion. The LAST thing I need is more tickets. I can’t use a fraction of the ones I’ve earned to enter sweeps for stuff I’d MAYBE be OK with winning.
I would much rather have a chance to win a coupon for a % off my purchase or free shipping; free Arcade tickets do NOTHING for me, since you can enter ANY sweepstakes without even using tickets. Just sayin’, HSN, you’re not catering to a thinking or buying audience.
JCP tried the stingy coupon theme . That era was a massive failure for JCP . Now JCP is thriving and very generous with rewards , coupons and discounts .
It used to be that way. Spin To Win had free shipping and it was either 15% to 20% off coupons.
HSN has heard this request many times? I typed a question mark because maybe they look over threads like this.
HSN is the only retailer that I shop that does not offer shopping incentives. Consequently, KOHLS, EVINE, Amazon, and QVC have received a lot of my business in the past few weeks.
I do not see HSN as HUNGRY for Customer Business, competitive in the marketing field, and is not Customer Service Oriented.
It is all about the shopping experience. It is all about the making the client feel they received value in exchange for their money and Extraordinary Customer Service. It should be a shopping experience so incredibile, the customer has to brag about their purchase to their friends, family, and neighbors. I would not even be so cost concineous if this experience existed at HSN. My current shopping expeirence is going down in all aspects of value at HSN.
My last Shopping Brag –
I just bought a Roomba 770 at KOHLS at a ridiculous cost! I am currently in love with Robie Roomba. I was thanked for being a Kohls Shopper with a smile. With this purchase, I received more KOHLS shopping incentives. It was an Extraordinary Shopping Experience!
I exclude HSN Managers Ryan and Kyle from my "bad shopping experiences" at HSN. Both Ryan and Kyle were there for me when a shopping experience had gone bad. They made it right immediately! Kudos to Ryan and Kyle! :womanhappy: HSN would do well to clone them.
I wholeheartedly agree. I used to love to play Spin to Win and my favorite win was a free ship coupon. I hope HSN will bring that back to the game sometime soon. ??
Most of the time I forget to play Spin to Win, this week I’ve been trying to remember to play it more often. I’m also not playing games for as long as I used to, not much incentive to do so, which in turn tunes me out of HSN at nighttime. Really good for my credit card though:smileylol:
Now, if HSN business people were really using their brains to try and attract people to buy on HSN during the upcoming holiday season they would be giving at least free shipping coupons on Spin to Win. If not on Spin to Win, then just give free shipping to items shipped to a different address, i.e when you’re gift giving and buying that gift on HSN the shipping to another address other than your own regular one could be free, or at least say a 50% discount on the shipping costs – I’d find that alone a great incentive to buy and ship directly from HSN.
Spin to Win percentage off coupons are the best incentive of all to buy period!
