Prepaid label for return
I just received the Cusinart Electric Skillet yesterday for my sister in law. Realized it wasnt exactly what she wanted so I went to UPS to send it back for a refund. I CANNOT believe that it would cost me $42+ dollars to return this. What is the point in sending a label for returns when it isn’t prepaid. So returning this item would cost me 1/3 of what I paid for the item. This is my first time buying with HSN and can tell you with your return policy, I wouldn’t again!
