Prepaid card denied but charged for the 204
When will I get my money back. why charge me if you denied me?????????????
@vvvvvv, I’m very sorry to see we were unable to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for FlexPay purchases in the future. If your order has been cancelled, then we haven’t charged you. You’re seeing an authorization hold that will normally fall off in 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
