I have not received any emails from HSN in two weeks. I went into MY ACCOUNT to make sure things were checked off, and they are, and I clicked on Save but still no emails. I have cleared my cache/cookies but still don’t know what is wrong. Can you help me?
, I can confirm you are signed up to receive the Weekly Newsletter and Today’s Special emails. Let me ask a couple of questions; Are you receiving shipping confirmations? Have there been any changes to your email settings? Anyone else using your computer? Did you check your spam & Trash folders? With this information I can better send in a ticket to have this checked.
