Poor service by UPS
I recently ordered a canon all in one copier and waited patiiently for a week for it to arrive. So when the UPS man did not show up on the day promised ( Friday) and also did not leave any notice of his failure to contact me, then I was quite irritated and dissapointed at this! I called UPS and was told that the "Shipper" had specificed a delivery on a weekday and not on a weekend. So of course I am faced with further delay of waiting until monday of the next week for delivery . UPS told me there was nothing they could do but follow the instructions layed down by the shipper and could not make an exception and deliver it today which is Saturday.
I am sorry for the disappointment with this delivery and I will make sure to forward your feedback about it to our shipping departments.
