Please resolve this issue with ordering Huggable Hangers in espresso color
I ordered several boxes of espresso hangers. 4 boxes were the wrong color. 6 boxes were the wrong color in the 2nd shipment. And surprise, 2 boxes are the wrong color in the 3rd shipment. The color on top is what I ordered. The color on the bottom is what I was getting in several of the boxes. I never would have purchased these hangers hadI known ordering them would have turned into such a saga!
I’m sorry some of the hangers you received were the wrong color. This should not have happened! Please send me a private message with the order numbers of the ones you need to return. Also let me know if you are wanting a refund or exchange.
You got lucky about the shipping. I tried twice before when the same thing happened to me, and I couldn’t get Customer Service to budge. It always makes me crazy – do I buy the product before the presentation when it is already flying off the shelves and I might risk not getting it and pay the S & H? Or do I wait, hope HSN offers free shipping and cross my fingers the color/style/fragrance I want hasn’t sold out? It drives me crazy with Perlier, blink and you’ll miss it sets.
Happy New Year Tetdurchop53 – You are sooo fortunate to have a garage. To me well worth the investment purchasing these. I outgrew the storage unit attached to my apartment, that I keep linens (Clever Home did me in), but I’ve basically turned into my mother having a summer and winter home. I change area rugs drapes, even dishes to reflect the current season, oh the the humanities! It is just in my DNA, plus being a Gemini I get bored. I do find great joy when my sons friends come over and admired something, I just hand it over. To my way ot thinking just gives me a reason to shop for it’s replacement, DAA!
Happy New Year Tedurchop- Well I’m a bit miffed, ordered that set on 12/31 hours (maybe 2) before free S&H on the additional shelves that were offered, then BAM at midnight the shelves had no S&H. Called CS this moring and would not deduct S&H for something I ordered 2 hours before. This experience will hopefully help me to keep my New Year resolution to stop buying.
Only found out because after watching the presentation last night when I ordered another set in red to help me identify Xmas stuff in my rental storage unit, that there was no S&H on the (2) pack shelves. I think now I’m up to twelve and this disappointment of not crediting the S&H will help me stick to my resolution of curtailing my spending. Hope 2017 is outstanding for you!
Yes, I’m aware of the mini split ductless. I’ve researched the SAR ratings and everything. So many brands. I did get an estimate last year for 9000 btu for a casset to go in one place for $5,000. That’s a lot of money for one casset and one air return.
You are right in the fact that they are touted to be the quietest on decibel ratings. They even have heat pumps, but I don’t want one with a heat exchange.
I thank you for your comments, thoughts and suggestions and I do agree with you about the benefits of mini split ductless. The brand I’d buy if I were to go that route would be a Fujitsu.
