Please provided step by step instructions to stop all the emails
Please provide step by step instructions to stop all the emails or I will just have to block all of Hsn EMAIL AND STOP SHOPPING HERE.
I am only allowed so many emails a month and Hsn IS USING IT ALL UP THE FIRST WEEK.
Step by Step and don’t just tell me to go to the form because I don’t know how!!!!
@loaf, it looks like you are subscribed to 2 forums and 4 topics under your profile. Are you able to view your subscriptions by following the steps above? If so, try unsubscribing them as illustrated. Please, reach out to us if you are still unable to stop the emails.
WASNT WORKING FOR ME hsnSARAH SOLVED IT BUT IT STARTED UP AGAIN . MY SUBSCRIBE IS OFF AND THEY KEEP COMING . I HIT UNSUBSUCRIBE IT SAYS I AM NOT SUBSCRIBED .
@judiwonder & @sikylar – I appreciate your patience as things got worked out, but I have some wonderful news! We have fixed the concerns with unsubscribing from Community topics and forums. You should be able to go to your subscriptions by following the steps above and unsubscribe from any topics that you may have subscribed to.

I have been trying to unsubscribe for several months with no luck. Tried
again today following instructions that I followed on several occasions and was told I am not subscribed to any. So how come I continue to receive 3-5 each day from Talk Among Yourselves. It has annoyed me so much I have stopped purchasing from HSN. There must be a way for HSN to fix this. I don’t ever remember subscribing to any community forums.
@judiwonder, I’m sorry for the frustration this is causing you. I truly wish I could stop the emails for you. But due to the security and protection measures, I am unable to go in your account and adjust your email settings.
I’m sorry I wasn’t clear before and so graciously ask for you to give it another try 🙂 . It seems that you have to “unsubscribe” from the “Topics” you replied to; not the forums. I included the images and steps below.
Click your “profile” pic. The menu should appear on the right hand side as you already know. Click on “notifications”.
An additional menu will appear on the left with your profile pic with a blue menu below it. Click “subscriptions”.
Scroll down under the “Forum” list. Under “topics” you should see a list of topics that you have previously replied to. Click on the title. It will take you to the topic page.
To the right of the”topic” you will see the “unsubscribe” button in white. Click it.
It should return to the blue “subscribe” button and end any further emails from the thread.
I understand completely! We definitely don’t want you to block any great info coming your way.

I got to the profile that pops up on the right side of the screen,
but what comes up after that are the items I have on my favorites. Not a list with xxxx beside it.
Can someone do this for me, I am getting fed up. I just cancelled all my orders for the day and will not order anything else unless this is taken care of and the emails stop.
