PLEASE NOTIFY WEBMASTER TO FIX SEARCH FUNCTION IN COMMUNITY FORUM KITCHEN & FOOD
I TRIED TO TYPE IN A SEARCH UNDER COMMUNITY KITCHEN AND FOOD AND
I TYPED IN THE NAME OF THE ITEM AND ITEM # BUT THERE WAS NOTHING TO CLICK ON, AND I ALSO HIT RETURN ON THE KEYBOARD AND STILL NOTHING WORKED.
THAT SEARCH FUNCTION NEEDS TO BE FULLY OPERATIONAL BECAUSE HSN CUSTOMERS MAY GIVE UP AND BUY ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY CAN ACTUALLY READ REVIEWS AND THEIR SEARCH BUTTONS WORK.
AS A CONSUMER I FEEL IT IS IMPERATIVE TO READ THE HSN REVIEWS AND ALL PRODUCT REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING, SO THAT IS WHY THE SEARCH FUNCTION ON THE HSN WEB SITE SHOULD BE FIXED NOW BY THE WEBMASTER AT HSN SO THAT BECOMESFULLY OPERATIONAL, AND THANK YOU HSN!

Hi @redman1, are you using the big search bar at the top of HSN.com to search for a product? If you’re in the Community and use the small search feature next to your profile photo and not the larger one at the top of the page next to “Connect” you’re not going to get any item information unless a Community member posted about it previously.
