PLEASE HELP WITH BOX RETURNED TWO WEEKS AGO USING EASY RETURN LABEL
I returned a box using HSN’s Easy Return UPS label on
August 25 but have not been credited for the items returned. I have a receipt with a tracking number that I received when dropping off the box. Tracking the number at UPS shows that a label was generated to return the box but there is no other information.
HSN customer service rep told me to wait until Friday to call back. I called today and was told to contact Postal Solutions. Postal Solutions told me that UPS picked up the box so I need to contact UPS. UPS told me they couldn’t help me because they have no record of the box in their system.
I’m really disappointed in HSN. Customer service certainly has changed. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and could always count on HSN to be polite and helpful. There’s definitely a difference in attitude and the way things are said.

Jordan, thank you for responding. One of the items returned in the package is Item #614-476. As I mentioned, I have a receipt for dropping off the package along with its tracking number. I appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide.

@snowcollector, I’m terribly sorry for the late reply and the inconvenience of this return. I looked into the order and it seems to be on the move. It was scanned today for delivery. It’s suppose to reach it’s destination by 9/18. I understand it has been almost a month since you originally shipped the item and have reported this to our Leadership Team.

I have been experiencing similar problems with returns. I returned some items back in mid August ad just finally got credited. I’m not sure what has changed with the return process, but it takes nearly 4 weeks to get credited once items have been sent back, this never used to be the case. Used to be a MUCH QUICKER refund process. Also, I am now experiencing receiving items that I never ordered even though my invoices state the correct items ordered I receive something different, has happened twice recently with two separate orders. What is going on HSN???
