Please help w/placing an order!
I need help with placing an order. On my last order I chose the flexpay option with my HSN credit card. It showed 2 flexpay payments while purchasing but it was processed as a total amount purchase and it was already in packaging status by the time I found out. Now I tried to make another purchase today and the same thing happened again. I chose the flexpay option when I made the purchase but I checked on the order and it was billed to my HSN credit card in total so I cancelled my order. Is there anyway to help me with this matter.
