Please Help W/Exchange or Return!
On 9/4/17 I purchased item#577-628 and only the grey one worked. On the purple one the left ear doesn’t work. For an exchange do I have to send both or the one that is not working? Please help, I need advice on how to best handle this. Thank you!
@poochers59 I am so sorry that your order arrived defective. I would be happy to help you with this. We can replace the full set with either blue or green, sadly the purple is no longer available. There would be no cost to you for this exchange. If you would prefer to keep the set “as is,” I would be happy to issue you a $15 partial refund. Which option would you like to take?
