please help me
please i just placed an order here but i dont have any comfirmation mail yet so i want to ask how this site process an order online.
possibii, I’m sorry to see you’re having trouble with your order. Once you place an order with us you are sent an order confirmation email. I checked the account associated with this nickname and was unable to see any orders placed today. This could mean you simply didn’t complete the ordering process or you may have placed an order on a different account that doesn’t have an email address attached to it. Please check your bank account to see if you have any pending transactions from HSN. If so, there should be an order number associated with the charge that will help us locate any orders.
P.S.—sorry my user name is slumlord–my husband did this not knowing this was what wasgoin to happen with it–I cring every time I see it, we only own our house–I guess we are the slumlords of our 10 and 15 year old boys–ha ha
Have you called & asked for a price adjustment? Most times when I call I get one.
OR…..Since your 30 days are not up, can’t you send it back & reorder at the lower price
