Please Explain Refund(s)
I requested a refund for $15 for a defective product the purple headphones and received only 7.49. Why nothing was shipped back. It was purchased and it was shipped for free when I bought it. Please explain.

I received the refund for $7.48 & .01 but I never received the balance of $7.51. I received the first two on 10/6/17 but nothing since. Could you please look into the remaining balance for me please?

@poochers59, it looks like the refund was split into three parts due to the order being paid on FlexPay. There were refunds of $7.48, $7.51, and $.01 processed on the 4th. It generally takes about 3 business days for refunds to post so if you’re missing any of them, they will likely post by Monday.
