Please change my February flex pay manager due date to after 9:30 am on 2/29/18
Hi HSN Customer Service Managers & Reps:
I was just informed of a death in the family so I had to withdraw a large sum of money from my Bank Account now and am now leaving for out of state funeral, so can you please change my flex pay manager of February 2018 payments due of $24.96 to reflect the next HSN Visa Card charge date of 2/29/2018, and I will be depositing $ to cover that $24.96 payment due exactly 9:30 am when I get to the bank from coming back home after attending the out of state funeral?
Please ensure the HSN charge hits my bank account after 9:30 am on 2/29/2018 as that is the time I expect to make a bank account deposit again.
Please email reply advise asap, and many thanks for understanding the urgency of this very sad request.
I just read your kind condolence reply and thank you HSN_Ryan for your compassion and for also changing the HSN charge date to 3/1/2018.
