Please advise about problematic items received/should not have been mailed out
Hi HSN Customer Service Division:
My questions are specific and listed below:
What if an HSN item arrives and is defective upon delivery will HSN also cancel my account if I send back too many returns like others have stated their HSN accounts were cancelled for sending back too many returns here on the HSN Community bb’s?
Just for the record my wife has been an HSN member since they first began the HSN shop at home TV ordering Service.
She closed her HSN account when we married, and I now use my HSN user ID and debit card to make all the purchases our family and relative.
Our HSN experience as well as same experience others we have also gifted items to from HSN had many problems, defects, issues, wrong colors sent, wrong sizes sent, etc., so please read and advise reply asap and thanks.
We never open gifts we receive and purchased from HSN but just check the tracking delivery # and then give the closed HSN gift items to others who open their boxed gift to experience having received many defective items which was and is very embarrassing!
Better yet why not have HSN quality control employees check all items before they are shipped out to HSN Customers so they will see if the item is defective, or does not work at all, or is the wrong color or size, or is used and still sent to us and anyone we gift the HSN items to?
At least if all HSN items for sale were checked before shipment and no mistakes/defects were overlooked and made by HSN employees, then we would not have a revolving door of returned items which HSN should not have sent out to their HSN Customers to begin with.
HSN Customer Service Division please advise reply with a final resolution to be implemented to fully address and resolve these numerous HSN problematic issues, so no one has their HSN account cancelled for sending back too many returns, especially when the damaged/defective, wrong color/wrong size items should have never shipped out to unsuspecting HSN customers.
Wow! never heard of that but it would be crazy! I would no longer shop with HSN! I know I keep more than send back but that’s what the 30 day or Christmas trial period is for! I never just hold on til last minute taking advantage or wearing and tearing a item, only a couple times if hospitalized due to cancer then may get close. It should be understood depending on item..shopping off TV items may not fit right or be comfortable, make up the color tone off, lipstick too dry – list goes on! Some items come defective – it does happen!
