placed an order (twice) and no record in order status…..
I placed the same order twice as I thought the first one did not go thru ( I need this to start processing today) and both times reiceved confirmation ( I printed it out and have the order numbers). No record in order status for both orders. I assumed this is due to the fact that I am ordering as a gift and sending both to same person. Called CS for help… 3 times. Last person stated I should wait a day to see “if the order shows up”
THIS IS NOT HOW A FIRST RATE COMPANY SHOULD OPERATE!!!!!
I ordered 2 Keith urban guitars (one black and one grey)

CS stated not a HSN order number (BUT I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION AND PRINTOUT) which I can fax to you.
I need this to be resolved today. I cannot beleive no-one can assist me with confirming that the order was placed or not.
what is going on? This is quite unbeleiveable.

Hello and welcome to the Community. I’m happy to help. I see one Keith Urban Guitar, Grey, was ordered on 10/20 to be delivered to the Rock Hill address, by 10/30. on your account. Sadly, the order number you posted (and we removed for your security) isn’t a valid HSN number, so I’m not able to provide information on that. We don’t show a Black guitar order pending. You may want to verify with your credit card bank for origin of the second order. I hope this is helpful.
