Phone call from HSN
Yesterday, I missed a call from HSN. I have absolutely no idea why they’d be calling me and was wondering if anyone here would know why.

Hi @slmangle! It looks like the call was about the Technibond Sparkle Chain Tassel Drop 32″ Necklace that was ordered on 9/30. Due to overwhelming demand, we are temporarily out of this product. However, we anticipate being able to fulfill your order by 10/29/17. If we are unable to fulfill your order by this time, your order will be canceled and your credit card will not be charged. In addition, we will credit your account with a $5.00 in-store credit that will be valid for 30 days. I apologize for the inconvenience and we’re here if you have any other questions or concerns. 🙂
I’ve had a handful of calls from HSN to tell me an item is out of stock. Usually around Christmas time, though. If I am not home, they always leave a detailed message. Odd that they didn’t leave a message.
