Perlier TSV still in "packaging"
I placed my order during the first presentation of this on 10/20. I expected I would easily have this by NOV 1 in time for a birthday gift. Obviously that’s not happening. The status has been “packaging” for over 24 hours now, so I can’t cancel even though I have been charged. This was not sold as extended delivery, waitlist, etc. It was in stock. I’m paying $9 S&H and eight days later it hasn’t shipped? I shop a lot from HSN and don’t often have a problem. If my order is delayed I am usually contacted (or I already know it’s waitlist, etc) and I’m not charged until it ships. Can CS please explain this? I’m seeing an awful lot of posts about other items, not just Perlier TSV, with realllllly slow shipping.
Hang in there, Hitsville. Yesterday, my Perlier was in packaging. Today, it arrived on my doorstep. I hope the same happens for you.
