Perlier items ordered on 10/15
I ordered several Perlier items on Monday 10/15.
As of right now, they are still in “packaging” status when money for all items have already been taken out of my account since Wednesday. All charges were processed.
When will these items be shipped? With your shipping method UPS/Post Office there is no way I will receive these 7 items by the 25th. The post office is so slow delivering things.
Also what ever happened to “we will charge your account when item is shipped?”

I completely understand your frustration but rest assure your order is on the way. The status hasn’t been updated because it didn’t reach it’s first destination. You should receive an updated e-mail with tracking, soon. If for any reason the order doesn’t show up by 10/25, please reach out to us and we’ll take care of it from there.
