Perlier Golden Almond Oil- was on extended delivery
I ordered 2 bottles of Perlier 548-532 on 7/14. Confirmation said “it’s yours” but then the next morning it showed “extended delivery”. Today, I got an alert that it is back in stock. I would think the orders placed on 7/14 would be processed 1st? I realize system updates at midnight EST, however shouldn’t the people that ordered it on 7/14 be processed first or manually processed now before others order it today??? Saying this because I know HSN processes at midnight,however most other companies process at once & I would think that all of us that are still showing “extended delivery” in our accounts that ours would and should be processed first. Also, doesn’t make sense in this day & age why something that has already been ordered can’t be manually processed by IT dept. as I have no intention of cancelling my order of 2 bottles that were ordered & processed on 7/14 only to see the next morning that I was put on extended delivery. I understand people cancel before midnight at times on orders but these orders should be processed first before it runs out again. I had this happen to me with another product line a couple years ago, it went on extended delivery after my order was processed & confirmed at the time “it’s yours” then when it became available I thought I would get mine and didn’t because it sold out again, was very upset by that issue at the time. @tamrick – I understand how upsetting it can be having your order delayed. I can assure you that the orders that were placed on Extended Delivery will be processed first before any of the new orders that was placed. I appreciate your feedback and will certainly pass it along.
