Pending Charges but denied flexpay??!!
I have been using HSN for 2 years now and there has never ever been an issue with using flex pay until today. I went to order a Tv on flexpay and at checkout it got canceled but the money was still taken out of my account. I called hsn customer service and the woman said sometimes things get denied but try 3 payments of flexpay instead of 5 and see if it goes through. So I went back on hsn and ordered the TV, did three flexpays instead of 5 and it said it went through ; I got a shipping notice and 2 other emails. One plus hour passes and an email says my order was cancelled at my request- what??? So I check my bank and see two orders for HSN were taken out equaling up to over 200 dollars now. I call HSN and the girl was so rude to me and still no explanation as to why? I will be leaving bad feedback because honestly I have been shopping with hsn for yrs and this was the first issue and customer service could not have been any more rude.
I can not apologize enough for the experience you recently had with us @kbear77. I have sent an electronic request regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds would become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
Regarding the representative you spoke with, I am really sorry to hear how your concern was handled and appreciate you sharing the experience with me so I can pass it along to be addressed. I can not thank you enough for you sharing your experience and hope that this doesn’t deter you from shopping with us in the future.
