Pending charge but denied Flex Pay
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering (or attempting to order) from this company! I was denied flex pay as well but the $238.is still pending. I went on to buy elsewhere but I need my money! Renting a car this holiday weekend was a priority however I now am unable to do so thanks to this pending hold. I don’t are if you start only charging $5.00 for items I will never order from here. It takes a lot, and I mean A LOT, to get me upset at a company but this was definitely it.
i am having same problem did you ever get your money returned? I was told 72 hours?
Days later and I have yet to receive my money!
I really am sorry to hear that your funds have not been released back to you @samantha3255. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to have it released. The time frame on when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
Hello, I also had this happen to me. Why does HSN take funds from accounts when the deny cards? I had 405 dollars taken from my account. That is a lot of money, and instead of being able to shop elsewhere I am stuck waiting and hoping that I get my money back from a product I never received. I called my card company and they said it could be as late as the 7th. This makes me really depressed as I have been going through a lot lately and have been in and out of the hospital and I was looking forward to buying something nice for myself and now I no longer have that option because any chance I had of shopping around elsewhere was taken from me when my card was charged for no reason seconds after it was denied and now my money is being held onto so long that I completely lost any option I had to shop around and have a good time for once.
@samantha3255, I’m very sorry to see that we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to order on FlexPay in the future. The hold should fall if in 3-5 days depending on your banks policy. I may be able to speed this process up and have them released by tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
