Hello I am very frustrated I tried checking out with paypal I get the already active account on paypal when i’m checking out I called Hsn and they tell me that Paypal had declined the purchase and recommended to me I call paypal So i did and they tell me that no order had even came through to decline So they tell me to call hsn and ask them what is going on I am now running in circles I called HSN back and they tell me to clear my browser and history and cache so I did that still not working I didn’t have enuf credit on HSN card so I was going thru Paypal I have $700 of credit in there . I am a crafter and like picking things up on the craft special but II have a feeling I am not going to be able Because NOBODY knows what is going on. I just get the circle I think they should call each other and see what is going on. I really wanted alot of stuff on the 5th but I am sure they will not have things figured out I called payapl back again to and they say to just order from a different site if I can find the items but I know the value won’t be there PLease Help ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
, I’m sorry to hear you feel like you’re going in circles. I know this can be a frustration. I see orders attempted with PayPal cancelled. I can suggest that you call HSN Customer Service 800-933-2887 (8 – 1 am ET) to confirm the PayPal account number is the correct active default account designated on HSN. Second, deleting cookies, cache and opening a new browser to load HSN from the URL HSN.com and not from a favorite or bookmark, will refresh the site. I hope this will help you to catch the craft items you want to purchase.
