I just ordered a Fitbit today and did the flex payments and when I checked out it was $42.99 and when I checked my bank account, it charged $53!! $10 more dollars that what I was being told I paid for. I want my $10 back. Also, I haven’t even gotten a confirmation email or anything.
I believe that when u choose flexpay, HSN authorizes the credit card for a higher amount. It shows as pending on your credit card, but when u are actually charged at the end of the day, the amount changes to what u agreed to pay ($42.99). Check your spam folder for your confirmation email. Contact Customer Service if u end up being overcharged (unlikely) or if u do not find the email.
