Paying with PayPal
Does anyone else have this problem?
I login to HSN, I put an item in my cart, I checkout using paypal and it processes OK. I get redirected to an HSN page that says that your order has been processed and I get an order number. Separately, I receive an email from paypal confiriming the order.
And then nothing else. If I’m lucky, I will get the item in the mail.
But I get no email confirmation from HSN, no shipping confirmation, and worst of all the order # doesn’t exist in HSN’s system, and certainly not in my account history.
Is it just me?

It sounds like you’re checking out as a guest. Without an email address on file we have nowhere to send the confirmation to. Try signing in before you place your order and that should be resolved.
