I wanted to order an item. Found out I have an outstanding balance. Called 877.882.5153 twice. Twice I left a message. I just want to make my outstanding balance right. Pretty sure, he just didn’t want to work. Not many people paying bills after after Christmas. Really disappointed. Now the item I wanted will be gone. Trying one more time.
Not quite sure from your posting who you are trying to pay. Most any payment can be made online. Except for my payments on autopay, I pretty much make all my payments online. You can pay 24/7 and it’s a lot more convenient than trying to reach them by phone.

Also, I Google review the product being sold. I do a thorough check to see the ratings on and off the HSN site.
