Paid over $70.00 for 2nd day delivery and received late.
Ordered PacSafe RFID mini Crossbody, Cane and Samantha Brown Backpack. Wanted to use the RFID mini Crosbody while my husband was in the hospital so I could wear it and keep my credit cards, money and phone on me while I spent the night there and did not have to keep an eye out on a purse. Needed the Backpack for clothing and overnight items and the cane for my husband to use after surgery. Spent around $70.00 for special 2nd day delivery. Ordered on 24th and the RFID and Cane did not receive until the 30th and the Backpack a day late. I was so upset. My husband did not have the cane for the hospital, I had to go to the local store and purchase one, I had purchased these items because at the time I was so pressed for time, I paid the extra to have it sent 2nd day, in the long run, I had to do without all of it and go to the store anyways and go out of my way and keep an eye on my purse, go to the store and get a purse, and do without the backpack. Now I have to bag it all back up and make a trip to UPS store to drop it off. When I called HSN the other day , they indicated the items came with an easy prepay label, but they did not, I had to call again to day to request one. What a head ace this has been, I asked HSN to reduce the price of the RFID bag by 5.00 for the trouble and for the trouble of having to repack it all and relabel it all and take it back and they would not. you would think my trouble and what they caused would be worth 5.00 instead they have lost a customer. I will now delete my account and delete my QVC and HSN credit card, I am not worth 5.00 to HSN as a customer, as I believe my time and trouble was worth more than that. HSN has spoken and I now know what I am worth as a customer long time customer.

We see that your order was suppose to be received by 1/28/19, and apologize for it not being delivered by it’s expected delivery date. We have refunded your express shipping cost to your method of payment. You should see it reflect within 3 business days. It’s our hope that this occurrence will not keep you from shopping with us in the future.
I forgot to mention I have to drive 5 towns to get to a UPS store. that’s over 30 miles
