Paging Kyle HSN Customer Service Rep. Please read and advise & again many thanks
Please advise reply and thanks.
Kyle I received a Visa Card Checking Account refund on 5/14/17 in my Visa Card Checking Bank Account from HSN for $20.98, but have no idea what that HSN refund was for, so can you please advise reply?
Kyle I was expecting the price difference refund we previously discussed which you stated would be refunded back to my Visa Bank Checking Account in the correct amount of $24.97. (That was the price difference I paid for the original order which shortly and before 30 days was offered again on HSN for the lesser HSN price of $19.99).
Kyle I kept the black jacket size 3X and returned the same style and size of the navy jacket which was defective and missing various professionally attached documentation and an envelope with a large button and a set of one fur hook & eye).
Please reflect the correction and reply to this communication so I know it will be properly corrected, and see the missing difference I was supposed to receive which should total grand $24.97.
I still have no clue why HSN posted a refund of only $20.98, so please enlighten me my friend”).
Many thanks again Kyle, and now I await your reply.
Thanks very much for the explanation Ryan, and if I have any other questions I will get back to you after the next flex pay processes, and hopefully at that time I will see the additional refund balance for $.99 posted to my HSN account.
Happy weekend my friend, & Happy Mother’s Day to all Moms!
@redman1, the correct refund amount is $21.97. Since the item is setup on FlexPay, the system set it up to refund $20.98 immediately and an additional $.99 once the other FlexPay processes. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
