Kyle since the HSN warehouse received the item back on 8/15/2018 my refund should be processed in time with no delays, and I should not be required to notify HSN again later in August to get this refund.
Kyle my refund should be processed on time, so please ensure that HSN posts it back to my Visa Card when the HSN warehouse has checked it, but I must comment that 8 days to wait for a refund is a long time……much longer than other companies I do internet business with.
Evidently all I am getting as of late is defective products from HSN and its vendors which is very expensive to address.
I must waste my time traveling round trip with public yellow medallion cabs transportation since i can no longer drive, in order to return these large heavy defective items, and also waste many times more than 1 hour waiting on very long lines which extend outside of the Post Office in hot, cold rain and snowy weather in order to personally hand the defective items to the Postal Worker Employee and wait for a register receipt as proof of my USPS return, and then be forced to again wait for a yellow medallion taxi cab to take me back home……and then wait 8 days for my HSN refunds.
If HSN and its vendors had excellent Quality Control in place, my items would not be delivered to me or my gift recipients missing attachments/and or arriving in a defective non operational state.
Makes me wish for the past when HSN and its vendors did not send out used or non operational items, and items with missing attachment parts to their HSN customers.
Please just process the HSN refund in 8 days after the warehouse received it and apply the full HSN refund back to my Visa debit card and thanks.
Yes I have ordered from QVC more than from HSN, but I heard they are to merge or already merged so I believe these problems will indeed surface again, but here’s hoping for the best:).
Have you tried shopping with QVC? I cancelled a few items due to the additional matching items sold out, and its been 12 days and not credited back to my account yet. and now it has started with HSN… This is just for an canceled item I ordered just within minutes apart. This keeps me from purchasing additional items because it has taken away from my spending funds I have set aside to spend. Don’t tell me to check with my financial bank, I don’t care where this happens, besides HSN and QVC, I get an immediate credit back to my account within minutes. The financial institution blames it on QVC and HSN to release funds. I believe the because of the way the bank refunds immediately elsewhere.
