Packing after 5 days – Paid for 2 day express shipping
I posted on here yesterday and still no one can give me any answers. I paid for 2 day express shipping last Wednesday and I still have not received my package. It still says “Packing”.
I was told I would get spendable Kash for the almost $30 I paid for express shipping – That never happened. I was also told I would get a refund for shipping since I did not get spendable Kash – and that never happened. Completely disgusted with HSN and it’s customer service.
I will never buy from HSN again!!!!! My business will stay with QVC and Amazon.
, I’m sorry to see your order hasn’t arrived yet. When I look at your order it shows that we issued $27.45 in Spendable Ka$h to cover the expedited shipping cost for this order. I’m not sure if that’s the Spendable Ka$h that you were told you would get but I’m sorry for any confusion. We will refund the expedited shipping cost but were not able to issue a refund until the charge settles. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, reach out to us so we can get that refund processed for you. I know this order hasn’t been the best experience but I hope you will give us another chance.
