I’m still waiting for my package to be sent out and I can’t believe I will have another payment approaching really soon. Can something be done about this and whats the status on everything?

I am sorry for the frustration with this delayed order. We are working diligently to resume normal shipping at our warehouse, but I’m not able to provide any estimated date when this may ship. I did submit a request to have your flexpays extended since you are still waiting, which will move them out to 30 days further than currently set.
