Package was delivered but did not receive

I tracked my package and it says UPS transferred the package to my local post office.Got an email confirmation that it has been delivered by my local post office Feb25 but I didn’t receive anything. I already asked my neighbor and they don’t have my package. Please help me

I received a other package and i asume someone else received mines what can i do about that

, I’m sorry to see you haven’t received your order. You may also want to check the office to see if it was delivered there. If you confirm that they didn’t receive your package, just let us know and we can either ship out a replacement or issue a refund. As far as the shipping address you saw on UPS website, I’m sure they just don’t have the full address listed. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
I checked my ups account and found out that the “delivered to” is CA,US I have an incoming pkg and the “delivered to” has my shipping address. How come the shipping address doesn’t appear on the first pkg when I ordered those items at the same time.What is your policy when a cust doesn’t receiv the item I think I should be refunded because obviously it’s not. Y fault when I checked out I always check the address.Im just wondering why my shipping address is not there it only says CA,US no receipients name or anything.Can someone help me pls??
Are these essential oils really that good ??? I love lavender oil, but .33 oz costing 6.50 (and you have to buy 2 other scents) plus shipping. I can buy it made by an herb farm in Florida for $8 for 1 oz, free shipping.
? I really wanted this too and just happened to see it at Bed Bath & Beyond for $29.95. Comes with 3 essential oils but a different variety pack. Unless it goes on flex pay here I’ll get it there.

I spoke w CS, and they will do an exchange if I pay to send it back, so I guess I’ll do that and hope for better luck w a new one.
HELP!!! My diffuser, pictured above, has begun to make a high-pitched grinding noise! I use a clean mascara wand to clean the fan underneath every day. No dust or anything comes out, and I continue to hear the noise of the motor. It was silent when I received it in May. It has been more than 30 days or I would exchange it. I need my diffuser on all the time. It has been so beneficial!
