Package stuck "in Transit to UPS"
I received an email confirmation my order for a Cuttlebug shipped on 1/28/17. Upon tracking the shipment it has been stuck “in transit to UPS” to date. Today I contacted UPS with the tracking number and they have no record of my shipment. It shouldn’t take 5 days for a package to get from HSN warehouse to a UPS facility. Typically it takes 1 day, 2 at most for transit to UPS. Last night I emailed customer service about my concerns and was told if I didn’t receive it by 2/9 to let you all know. I placed the order on 1/9 and have waited long enough. Clearly there is an issue with the shipment and I cannot believe that you all cannot check with your warehouse to see why it has not been taken to UPS for actual shipment. I shouldn’t have to wait another 8 days only to discover that there is an issue with the shipment. Please check on my order. Thank you
Spencer, I feel your pain. I have gone through the same thing too. Now I just wait and wait and wait until it eventually shows it moved or until it suddenly shows up on my doorstep.
I’m sorry for the disappointment with this shipping time frame. There is no issue currently, when you ordered this it was only being offered with the extended delivery time frame- so it is still on schedule. If you don’t receive it by 2/9, let us know and we are happy to assist.
