I returned 2 packages to HSN on June 6, 2016 but they were lost in the mail. I called HSN to inform them, but because I dropped the packages in a mailbox, I did not have proof. I also started a thread here in the community speaking with others in similar situations. Last week after almost 7 months, the packages were returned to me from HSN. I guess the packages finally made their way to the HSN warehouse and then HSN promptly returned them to me stating that it was past the 30 day time period for returns. My question is, I did send them back on time and they were lost, but I guess a refund is impossible because it was my responsibility to ensure they were returned promptly? what is the policy in this circumstance?
I’ll be happy to look into this for you. Please send me a private message with the order numbers.
