Package missing–in transit
My order ending in 3073 was shipped on jan 18 and on Jan 22 says Shipment Acceptance at Post Office which apparently means HSN sent them the tracking information, not the package. I ndo not have the package. I contacted the post office and they said either HSN has it or UPS has it. HSN has billed me for the item. Please let me now what you do to get me what I ordered.
I’m sorry for the delay with this order, pi1. It does look like the package somehow has been lost. I’ve arranged for a replacement to be sent out, which will arrive within 3-7 business days.
