In 2010 my daughter divorced and moved into an apartment. She did NOT live with me. Because she worked during the day and was afraid to have packages delivered to the apartment, she had her packages delivered to my address. Apparently, she defaulted on a Flexpay and as a result, HSN would not allow MY packages to be delivered to MY address. I am 67 and disabled and do the majority of shopping online so I changed the delivery address to a rental property. I no longer want my packages delivered there and I want them delivered to the billing address on my account. I don’t think it’s fair that I am being penalized for something that someone else did. I have been shopping at HSN for well over 12 years, have ordered everything from craft supplies to electronics and spent THOUSANDS of dollars and I have NEVER defaulted on anything. Please, Please help me rectify this problem.
