Overcharged me on order xxxxxxxxxx, I'm done with HSN!
I am done with HSN!!!!! I had stopped using yawl a while except maybe two orders..I give yawl another chance I have 9 flex pays out there but I am packing em up and shipping them back!! The item total was $27 and change and I paid in full but you all charge my account freakinYyg $53 and change saying it was supposed to be?? WHAT!! If so not without making me aware at check out it should not have..now you have cost my bank account fees, me problems!!! I was to put a deposit in tomorrow but had the amount as stated the item was but not what you all charged then I am told it will be 72 hours to take care of!! That is not good enough!!!!!!! Not when it is your account on fixed income, single mom with a son, sick with cancer..is HSN going to bring me groceries this weekend??? You all are unbelievable? I need to know how much it will cost to return the Orgami that I bought? as it is bigger and I am not used to shipping that big but I am this time!

@susanloveshsn, I’m so sorry to hear that you were charged the incorrect amount for your item. I can definitely understand just how upsetting this must have been. Due to the order being cancelled already, we’ve sent a reverse authorization to your financial institution to let them know we won’t be collecting the funds for the purchase. You should see them remove the hold for the funds from your account within the next 3 business days. The Origami item that you purchased came with one of our EZ Return Labels which you’d be able to use to have the item shipped back to us. There would be a cost of $9.95 deducted from your refund on the order for using our EZ Return Label.
Thank you so it is $9.95 to get the Orgami shelving sent back? I went ahead and dismanteled it today! This is extremely inconvenient being a breast cancer 2x fighter and brain disease patient to go such trouble. Also, today I went ahead and mailed back in the Iman jeggings that were on sale this past weeked which they sent both in the wrong size anyway!!! This really all is very poor customer service! HSN has went down hill…I won’t be surprised to see ownership soon change! Not that your reply was not nice and that was appreciated, it is not your “one persons” fault.. I am just sickened at HSN as a whole…I had used HSN a lot last year around summer and many customers were frustrated and decided to stop doing business in the community “HSN Community” etc.. reviews were getting poorer…just seems HSN done nothing to do anything about solving any customer problems or feelings…What used to be my favorite shopping channel has now become one of my least, you all tie up with Evine on poor customer service and that is horrible! I am sick but little by little will be finishing boxing up and sending back my other orders. Have nice weekend
