Overcharged. And still not rectified
This was my 2nd time using HSN. Thought I would be a returing happy customer but I was wrong. Purchased a item.item is pretty expensive in full but the flex pay was reasonable.ordered over the phone, verified info, had cc ready, item number and said multiple times I want to do flex pay. The rep processes the order and tells me full price amount, I stop her and question the total I’m paying for today which should be the 1st payment plus tax.she says she will go back and check, says yes you are paying the 1st payment plus tax.she says will process at midnight. I confirm I should get the email confirmation. Of course I received the email confirmation saying I’m paying the full price in addition to my bank statement that has now overdrafter me.I call customer service and speak to a "senior" who was unhelpful and unknowledgeable.says her best guess is that it should fix itself and there is nothing further she can tell me.gives me executive number and says maybe they will help u.and no she can’t transfer me.call the executive number which is only a answering machine.working at the governors office I will pass along not to shop there since they can’t seem to assist customers.there is always qvc or elsewhere.so disappointed.

Unfortunately I have been told this 2 days in a row, regarding the after midnight adjustment.yet still no adjustment to and it has posted in my account.not pending as the FULL amount.again- the charge in my account as well as the confirmation say full price with no mention of flex pay.
I ordered the Todays Special and my email conformation also shows the full purchase price even though I did Flex Pay to make sure I like it before paying it off completely.If I look at my Order History it shows I did Flex Pays..I think you will only be billed the first payment.It can be like that sometimes if you use a coupon.It won’t look like it is deducted until they process the order.Flex Pays can be the same way until the order processes.
, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. I checked on your order and see that it is setup on FlexPay and you will be charge the correct amount when the order processes at midnight.
