
Over a year and they won't let me order
I’ve never missed a flex payment and can’t order, i contacted them and they said it was because my mom had owed money and lived with me. My mom passed away a year ago and i told them that and they said they would fix it for me. Months later and i still cannot order and have a new address.

My Aunt Patricia Cramer who is 82 years old has shopped with HSN since they existed without missing any payment. Today 2-21-21 she tried to make her regular purchase and was unable to because she was told someone at this address owed them. No one owed them anything here. And even if they did what does it have to do with her excellent account if 20 years. I wouldn’t do business with a company that does ghetto stuff like this.
