I ORDERED USING THE TOUCH TONE FOR A JM PURSE, I PICKED COLOR BLACK.IT READ ORDER BACK TO ME…ONE COLOR BLACK. WHEN PROMPTED TO BUY ADDITIONAL CLUTCH BAG I PUSHED OPTION FOR YES… THEN I WONDERED WHETHER I WAS BUYING THE SAME CLUTCH WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE ORDER FOR THE PURSE.PUSHED “0” GOT AN AGENT. WE WENT OVER IT. I TOLD HER YES I WANTED TO ADD IT TO MY ORDER…SAME COLOR…BLACK. TOUCH TONE ORDER WAS ACKNOWLEDGED AS BLACK.I TOLD AGENT…BLACK…SHE READ BACK TO ME…BLACK..I RECEIVED WHITE AND HAVE TO SEND BACK FOR A REFUND. BECAUSE THERE ARE NO MORE BLACK. DON’T KNOW IF THEY WILL EVER BE AVAILABLE. I NEEDED THIS PARTICULAR PURSE. COMPARTMENT WOULD ALLOW ME TO HIDE MY HUGE PADS AND EXTRA UNDERWEAR FROM VIEW WHEN GOING INTO MY PURSE IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. IN FUTURE…I WILL ALWAYS LOG ON COMPUTER AND PLACE ALL FUTURE ORDERS. BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE POORLY TRAINED CHILDREN THEY PUT ON THEIR PHONES HAVE MESSED UP MY ORDERS.
HSN Moderator. Since I still want my BLACK purse and BLACK clutch. I have been constantly upset for 3 days now. I sent the white ones you sent, due to an agent’s error, the same day I received them. In reading reviews, a number of people said they are returning their purchases. Is there a system in place that would allow me to get a BLACK purse and BLACK clutch if any are returned? Is this something Joy Mangano staff can handle? Customer service? IF so who do I contact and how. I want my order made right. It is difficult to publically state my health issues. I am 64 years old and I was raised in an era that had rules of etiquette about such things.Due to disability of RA for 42 years (my entire adult life) complications are now causing me both types of bathroom issues. I have to carry multiple changes of heavy long feminine pads and changes of undergarments, soap and washcloths with me everywhere I go or else I can’t leave the house. Medications for this are not allowed to take with my RA meds. Also due to this condition I must wear dark clothing so that accidents don’t readily show on my way to a facility to clean myself up. I currently have to carry a second closed bag with me absolutely everywhere. The Joy Mangano purse which I currently use everyday has no compartments. If I carry these things in a large purse they are readily in view when I go into my purse in front of counter clerks. This purse was an answer to my issue. One bag not two on every single outing from my home.I have worked my entire life and I would like to keep working as long as I can. So far I am working around these bathroom issues even though everybody at work is aware of the issue. The fru-fru light colors left in stock would not match a single thing I wear which is 90% black slacks and always black shoes. Surely there is someway I can get this purse and clutch which I ordered. Review my history and see how long I have been a customer and especially how much of Joy Mangano’s stuff I have purchased. Surely if there are BLACK purses and/or BLACK clutches returned , they have to go somewhere and I would hope there is a process that will allow me to be at the head of the line.
YES or NO? IF THIS IS NOT SOMETHING HSN OF JOY MANGANO WILL ADDRESS THEN I WILL WANT TO KNOW AND ALSO KNOW WHY.
ODDBEE, I’m so sorry. I totally understand your frustration and your need for that particular bag. HSN’s official policy is never to resell returned merchandise; however, I have seen a lot of reports from customers that have actually received used merchandise, so there are obviously exceptions to that policy. Whether they can connect you to the bag or not, I don’t know. Another possibility to consider might be to ask for an exchange for the cognac or gray bag. Both are neutral, year-round colors. I hope you’ll be able to get a satisfactory solution to your issue.
@oddbee, I’m so sorry to hear that we ordered the wrong color for you. When you return the items to us, please be sure to use the EZ Return Label that came included with the package. We’ve waived the cost of the label due to the error on part so the return will be free of charge.
