Orders stuck in "Processing " for 11 days!
When will my orders ship? They seem to be stuck in Processing.
@darlene79, I’m terribly sorry your orders haven’t shipped! The credit card info didn’t sync. I kindly ask that you call our CS Dept. and ask for a supervisor at: 1-800-933-2887 (8a-1aEST). They will be able to explain and correct the process for you. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
