Orders still "packaging"
I placed an order on 10/2/16 and it is showing as “packaging” on my account status. What is the reason for such a delay in receiving my order?? Thanks.
You know, that just doesn’t sound right. Please explain why the high volume is causing this? I can’t believe this is higher volume than usual.
How come my autoshipment for my Andrew Lessman Secure Complete Meal Replacement not shipped out yet? It was suppose to ship out last Monday the 3rd – that was the shipment date. Today is the 7th day in the 3-7 business day delivery window and I haven’t received it yet, nor has it shipped out. Being that it is an autoship item, shouldn’t it have taken priority over any non-autoship orders from other customers? Can a ticket be sent to release my autoship order?
Same here. None of my vitamins have shipped yet.
