Orders still in packaging mode
COME ON HSN……ship my orders! This is getting ridiculous. I am disabled and needed these items…ordered on the 12th and now I ordered 2 additional items several days ago and there they sit too! Why can’t you get this warehouse thing resolved. If these orders aren’t shipped ASAP I will NOT be shopping with HSN ever again… especially when I get such good service with QVC!!!!

? right! and I see you must have noticed the post! Because they spelled it like this A$$!!!!!!!! Now my post gets removed for astricks and blanks but I would in deed say the dollar signs look like an “S” clearly seeing what you are saying…at least i did stuff like *@_^…it’s not that I want to be petty but be treated equal, it’s wrong to take two of my post down but that one is still there, days after I get scolded by HSN and I told them I felt singled out that there is other post like that they just ignored me and didn’t monitor the post and remove the one for the same thing they removed two of mine for!!!!!! It’s like a parent having two kids and discipling one of the kids for doing something and then let the other kid do the same thing and not say anything to them!!!!!!
It depends on who is monitoring the posts at the time, I figured out. There r 2 moderators out of all of them who delete my posts. They single me out all the time, so don’t feel alone in this. ?
I am disabled as well and I cancelled a couple orders due to this. Funny they sent an apology 20% off but I was away and didnt check my email. It was only good for one day. I called and customer service wouldn’t give me a new coupon.This was for the service delay and then give me a timed coupon….which I didn’t see in time….and the woman said I should have been reading my emails! I got so mad I cancelled my orders.By sure what all this new warehouse stuff is causing the delays but they will lose out to other shopping channels if they don’t fix it and remember us the customers.
They finally shipped a few that was order on the 10th but still haven’t received the others which was ordered around the 7th.
I started ordering from QVC and what’s so funny I already received the orders. I recently ordered the Bethlehem tree and I’ll have Friday the 28th.
This is insane, I plan to pay off my orders early and going to stick with QVC and Evine.
I’ve received emails stating they’re working diligently 7 days a week to catch up. Boy I’d hate to see the waitlist on shipping when Christmas nears closer, people won’t be receiving they’re orders until Easter sometime.
Atleast you received something for the wait you had to endure, I hadn’t been offered nothing. The messed up part is it expired and they should’ve issued you a new one.
That is definitely poor customer service.
