Orders not showing up in order status
I have placed 2 order over the last couple weeks but nothing is showing up on order status. I am worried these were Christmas presents
JUST A THOUGHT
Is it possible that there new hires or newly promoted staff?? Is it possible the newbies are trying to make a good impression with the powers that be, by fixing what wasn’t broken with
“NEW AND INNOVATIVE IDEAS???”
Things that make you go HHHHMMMMMM ???? They have totally ruined most of our games. It’s true other sites don’t offer these things, I was still shopping here, when there were NO GAMES OR FLEXPAY. I’ve been an HSN customer since the beginning warehouse days of DISCOUNT DAN DENNIS, but if you’re going to do this, at least be consistent. HSN is a fun site to shop. I shop here because of the great products and competitive pricing but that’s is called business savvy. Do whatever it takes to keep current customers and attract new ones. Heed the need. We are spending money we earned. Consumers should not have to beg and pay to. Personally as a consumer/customer, I don’t intend to.
@charlie925, I’m sorry for the confusion. I don’t see any active orders on your account. Can you provide me with the item numbers to look into this further for you? Also, check your account for any recent HSN purchases.
I think they got a hitch in their get-a-long.
I got the same mess too every time I tried to check (you can tell from my post) Let us pray in unity for things to get sorted out and that those in charge re-think all these useless improvements. Nothing was broken HSN Why are you fixing it.????
